Went to Currys Skippers Lane Middlesbrough to make enquiries about a freeview recordable box.The first person I spoke to was called Chris. He was really helpful and not only did he explain about recordable boxes and the best one for to suit me -- he got me a brilliant deal with Talk Talk for my phone and Broadband. He cancelled my sky tv with no cancellation charges.Another assistant helped by phoning sky for me.

Chris was the Manager. He was very very pleasant very helpful and so were the

rest of his team.

i really was impressed and came out of the shop feeling very happy with the deals i had just got.

I am 68 years old and sometimes feel apprehensive when asking about technical gadgets and broadband deals. i didnt feel like this with Chris he made me feel just like an IMPORTANT CUSTOMER.

Well done Currys. Your choice of staff is a credit to you. please show this to Chris and his team.
