"Unpleasant staff"

My son and I visited jd sports at teeside park today 4.11.17. The range of the clothing was fantastic and my son was spoilt for choice. He chose a jacket and a tracksuit. At nearly £300.00 it was alot more than I expected to pay. When we were getting served I was quite shocked at the young shop assisants customer service. She looked so miserable, no communication even though I tried to strike up a conversation. Then she threw the clothes in the bag like they were a bundle of rags. So to say I was definately not impressed is an understatement..
