"Bad service. cold food"

I ordered from here on sunday. I waited just over 2 hours for food and phoned 2-3 times looking for explination. The guy said driver on way. And when he arrived there was no appoligy or discount. Then i descovered all my food was cold. I heated it up in microwave it was like eating carboard. I will never order from here again and will make sure my friends and family are aware of the poor service and food..
