"A shop that never ansers your calls regarding spairs"

This shop is suppos to be the best in the north east for domestic appliance spairs but when you ring they never anser the phone i have been ringing them for over a week as my dryer is broke and i need a moter getting a bit peed at this service i carnt just go to shop as i dont live anywere neer them or boro .
